Description/Interesting Notes: A fabulous example of rhodochrosite from Gabon!!! This specimen hosts a striking cluster of juxtaposed, doubly terminated rhodochrosite crystals on a smartly contrasting, jet black matrix!!! The crystals are sharp, gemmy, and intensely colored!!! These specimens came from a small find back in the 1970's and are seldom seen on the market today!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
