Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of rhodochrosite from Peru!!! This specimen hosts a cluster of rhodochrosite crystals on a darkly colored matrix!!! The rhodochrosite crystals have sharp, lustrous faces and rich, cherry red color!!! The main crystal exhibits an unusually elongated prism faces and mearures well over 2cm long!!!
