Description/Interesting Notes:

A rare, old time example of rhodonite and monimolite from the Harstigen Mine (type locale for monimolite)!!! These old specimens from the Harstigen Mine date back to the late 19th century!!! This specimen hosts scattered vugs lined with lively pink crystals of rhodonite accented by golden-amber monimolite crystals!!! The rhodonite crystals are sharp and lustrous with marked clarity and rich pink color!!! The monimolite crystals are complexly etched and, upon close examination, are quite fascinating!!! There are also at least three other unidentified species present when closely inspected!!! A fantastic old time rarity indeed!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
