Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of ruby from the Urals!!! This specimen hosts several intensely colorful ruby crystals in matrix!!! The crystals have a characteristic form consisting of a very slightly concave grouping of stacked layers!!! The individual layers are very gemmy indeed and the color is an absolutely choice and deep ruby red!!! The unique habit, glassy luster, and intense color makes for an incredible specimen indeed!!!
