Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic group of rutile crystals from this classic locality!!! This is a group of four single crystals of rutile!!! The longest crystal has a complexly etched termination while the two smaller crystals have complex terminations on both ends - there is also a crystal that consists of a group of intergrown crystals that look like they are interwoven!!! While the crystals all have reddish highlights to varying degree, the smallest crystal is unusually intense and bright even in dim lighting!!! The red color is intense and exceptional!!! We acquired this group of crystals in an old collection and decided to keep them together as a group!!! Simply a terrific representation of rutile from this classic locale!!!
