An ultra-fine Flambeau chalcocite. This specimen is a wonderfully three-dimensional floater with sharp crystallization and fantastic color. The patina flashes between an iridescent reddish purple and an extraordinarily bright, golden iridescence. This coloration is much more dramatic in person, the pics hardly do it justice. Specimen is in superb condition. Chalcocites from this locale are considered by many to be among the finest in the world, and it is easy to see why!
