An amazing, old-timer titanite from Brazil! This is, pure and simple, a fantastic Brazillian classic. This hefty titanite crystal has terrific yellow green color that is MUCH more intense and vibrant than the photos show. It has glassy luster and high translucent to gemmy clarity, again, much better than the photos depict. The habit is textbook perfect twinning. As a result of its complex form, it was quite difficult to capture in the pics, rest assured however, that this gem is nothing short of spectacular in person (and I do not say this lightly)! This specimen dates to the earlier half of the 1900's. Prepare to be amazed!
