A fantastic tourmaline from this classic famous locale. Tourmalines from Maine are truly unlike any other in the world. The gorgeous green color is completely unique and characteristic, if you are at all familiar with Maine tourmalines than you know exactly what I am talking about. This specimen is certainly no exception to the rule. This bicolor "watermelon" specimen consists of a lively bluish minty green tourmaline at the terminations and perimeter and a bubble gum pink to cranberry tourmaline at the core. This magnificent tourmaline has a complex habit that resembles two seperate levels joined by a curving staircase - very cool. This beautiful gem is incredible in person.
