Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of samarskite from Colorado!!! This specimen consists of a large, solid mass of darkly colored samarskite!!! One can see slightly divergent crystals embedded in the small amount of associated matrix!!! The samarskite has glassy luster and dark brown highlights!!!
