Description/Interesting Notes: A fascinating example of this esteemed gem species from New York!!! This specimen consists of a most unusual and complex crystal of corundum!!! The crystal is a very complex form with glassy luster and a variety of hues!!! The crystal is largely pale yellow (more so than the pics show) with a band of blue running through the middle and one edge having a pink outer layer!!!
