Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific, old time example of quartz with scheelite from this classic locality!!! This specimen consists of a single, gem clear quartz crystal that is partially enveloped in a blanket of scheelite and calcite crystals!!! The quartz crystal is razor-sharp, glassy, and gem clear!!! The calcite crystals are present as complex, whitish tabular crystals and the scheelite crystals are present as translucent grayish octahedral crystals!!! There are also some partial crystals of cassiterite near the bottom of the specimen as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
