Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of gem scheelite with epidote from California!!! This specimen consists of a highly complex single floater crystal of colorless gem scheelite that has two epidote crystals in association!!! The highly complex surfaces of the scheelite crystal make it difficult to capture the fact that this is GEM scheelite!!! This is a gorgeous example of the speices for the locality!!! Of course this specimen fluoresces and intense blue under UV light as well!!! Specimen is in fantastic condition and displays magnificently in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
