Semseyite with Siderite & Dolomite Herja Mine (Kisbánya), Baia Mare (Nagybánya), Maramures Co., Romania 4.86cm x 2.89cm x 2.5cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this rare sulphide from Romania!!! This specimen consists of a nearly botryoidal matrix of siderite crystals in association with tiny reddish brown dolomite crystals that host sprays of semseyite crystals!!! The semseyite crystals exhibit characteristic form and are prominently perched on the matrix!!! There are also numerous tiny black sphalerite crystals on the underside of the specimen and some galena in association as well!!! This specimen retains an old unattributed label!!!
