A unique, old time example of native silver from this classic locale!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of finely
crystallized native silver in a brecciated calcite matrix!!! This specimen hosts a large area of dense, finely crystallized
native silver as well as other areas of complexly crystalline native silver!!! The mass of fine, intergrown crystals is surprisingly
sturdy and rigid - yet to view it with a loupe or scope it is so finely crystallized!!! There are clusters of cubic crystals scattered about and
there are also some spinel twin "feathers" comprised of elongated cubic forms!!! There are areas of calcite that show dense
inclusions of native silver crystals as well!!! This specimen is simply incredible upon close inspection!!! Old material!!!
This specimen retains an old label from the A.E. Seaman Museum with J.V. Everett Collection notation!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
