Description/Interesting Notes: A very rich example of native silver from this old time Canadian locality!!! This specimen is mostly native silver with some calcite matrix and some associated cobalt-nickel arsenides!!! The silver exhibits a varied patina that ranges from bright tin white to "antique" to some curious hues caused by the associated co-ni species!!! This specimen is simply incredible under close inspection!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! The Beaver Mine closed prior to WWII!!! This specimen was acquired from Bob Jenkins!!!
