A fantastic, old time example of native silver from this famed historic locale!!! These classic specimens date to the 1850's!!! This specimen consists of a dense tangle of both silver wires and
crystalline silver!!! The specimen is comprised almost entirely of silver and is quite heavy for its size!!! There appear to be a few other translucent crystals of unknown
identity and there also appear to be some microcrystalline species present as well!!! This specimen retains an old Thurston's label (circa 1960's) and a previous
collector's label with H.S. Whitehead notation!!!
