Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of native silver from this classic Canadian locale!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of native silver wires intergrown with complex crystals of darkly colored acanthite!!! Upon close inspection, one can see complex crystalline features on the acanthite and in some areas it actually appears that the acanthite is being replaced by native silver!!! The native silver wires have a handsome "antique" patina with metallic luster!!! This specimen is way better than the pics show!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
