Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely gorgeous, old time example of native wire silver from Canada!!! This specimen consists of a wonderfully aesthetic, tangle of native silver wires with a small amount of matrix in association!!! The specimen is in fantastic condition and displays magnificently all around!!! The wires are thick and sturdy and have a lively, brilliant silver hue!!! The matrix hosts what appears to be a calcite crystal hidden under the wires, as well as some tiny proustite crystals and two other species that are present as sharp crystals - all of which are best appreciated with magnification (they are a millimeter in size or less)!!! This is a killer old time beauty acquired from a small suite of Beaver Mine silvers collected well over 60 years ago!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
