A fantastic example of native silver from this historic locality in Sweden!!! This specimen hosts a very rich showing of
native silver distributed throughout the entire specimen!!! Brilliant, flashy plates and masses of native silver can be seen on
every side of this specimen!!! The silver ranges from mirror-bright tin white metallic brilliance to having a
smoky "antique" patina and some slightly iridescent highlights!!! In addition to the native silver, there is also a rich showing of grayish acanthite present as
thin sheets and masses in association with the native silver!!! Upon close inspection on can also find a small amount of
sphalerite in addition some other unidentified metallic species in minor association!!! There is way more silver and acanthite
than it appears in the pics!!! A rich and showy example of native silver from this historic locality!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
