Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific, old time example of native silver from this seldom referenced locality!!! This specimen consists of a massive pyrite matrix that hosts numerous tangles of native silver wires in association with blocky calcite crystals!!! The native silver has a varied, antique patina with accents of tin-white and brassy-silver!!! There is much more native silver wire present than it appears in the pictures as well!!! There are some highly complex pyrite crystals hiding amongst the calcite and silver upon close inspection!!! Rare, old time material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
