Description/Interesting Notes:
A fantastic example of cobaltoan smithsonite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of an unusual stalactitic cluster of cobaltoan smithsonite
crystals with a central core of galena and unknown!!! The cobaltoan smithsonite crystals have a handsome light pink color that is much more significant
than the pics show!!! The crystals are comprised of lustrous, rounded blades with marked translucence!!! Although the
reverse has some contacts, the front side (that shows the galena core) is complete and undamaged!!! The specimen displays fantastically and
is quite striking in person!!! The pics hardly do this unique specimen justice!!! This specimen is from the collection of Larry Krause and retains
his label as well!!!
STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED MONDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 3-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY FEBRUARY 10th!!!
