Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent, unique example of cuprian smithsonite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of sharp, glassy rhombs of dark green smithsonite to nearly 1cm that host a selective coating of tiny, lime green crystals of sparkling second-generation smithsonite crystals!!! The overall color and lively aesthetics of this specimen are WAY better than the pictures show!!! The underside of the specimen and parts of the matrix host some minor rosasite and an unidentified bright yellow mineral!!! This specimen is absolutely stunning in person!!!
