Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of smoky quartz from Switzerland!!! This unique specimen consists of a long, slender, doubly terminated crystal with chlorite inclusions!!! This habit is quite unusual for the locality!!! the crystal is sharply hexagonal and is slightly thicker in the middle!!! Both terminations are mirror images of each other too!!! The specimen is complete all around!!! There are a few well-crystallized contacts and no damage to speak of!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
