Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of this rare platinum bearing species!!! This specimen host a razor-sharp, complete and pristine crystal of brilliantly metallic sperrylite in a brassy matrix of contrasting talnakhite and chalcopyrite!!! Rarely are sperrylite crystals seen in such perfect form!!! More typically the crystals are unattractively complex, skeletal, incomplete, and damaged - fine crystals such as this are very scarce indeed!!! In addition to the main crystal, there are several other crystals embedded in the matrix throughout the specimen!!! The pics hardly do this rare beauty justice!!!
