Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of sphalerite from Bulgaria!!! This specimen consists of a matrix comprised of crystalline quartz that hosts numerous complex crystals of yellow-green sphalerite in association with tiny scattered crystals of galena!!! The sphalerite crystals range in clarity from translucent to somewhat gemmy and show bright flashes of color!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
