Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of sphalerite from this famed locale!!! This specimen consists of a showy plate of sharp, lustrous sphalerite crystals!!! The crystals are significantly sized with sharp, complex habits and marked clarity!!! The crystals have deep reddish brown color and lively play of light within!!! The crystals are in fantastic condition and the specimen is quite handsome in person!!! There is some microcrystalline pyrite in association coating some of the crystals and there are crystals of dolomite (and what appears to be a small amount of greenockite) on the reverse!!!
