An old time classic example of spodumene from this historic Connecticut locale!!! This specimen hosts several large spodumene crystals
joined by lustrous, compact alibite crystals (as well as some quartz)!!! The spodumene crystals are sharp, lustrous, and translucent!!! There
are also several terminal faces to be seen as well!!! The albite is quite impressive in person, as it has a curiously curvaceous habit and one can
easily see its swirling lustrous faces!!! There are also a few pearly muscovite crystals present as well!!! A fantastic Branchville spodumene indeed!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!!
