A very rare example of stolzite with raspite from Brazil!!! Specimens from this locality are extraordinarily rare and this is a particularly fine
example as well!!! This specimen consists of a complex quartz matrix that hosts a very rich showing of intensely colored stolzite in association
with come tiny raspite crystals as well!!! The stolzite is very well crystallized, consisting of highly complex bipyramidal crystals!!! The
stolzite crystals exhibit some highly complex, etched and modified habits that make them difficult to capture in the photos,
however this specimen is in fantastic condition and very well crystallized all around!!! The stolzite crystals have razor-sharp faces, intense orange
color, and translucent to gemmy clarity!!! The stolzite crystals are present as submillimeter crystals with sharp faces, bright glassy luster, and
a dark amber-brownish color!!! This specimen is way better than the pics show and is simply incredible upon close inspection with a loupe or a scope!!!
Finely crystallized specimens from this locality are extremely rare indeed!!!
