Description/Interesting Notes: A historic, old time example of stolzite from the type locality!!! This specimen consists of a quartz matrix that hosts a rich showing of tiny, sparkling, lustrous tan colored crystals of stolzite!!! Upon close inspection, one can see that the stolzite crystals have sharp, lustrous faces and marked clarity!!! This specimen dates to the 19th century and retains old German labels and an affixed catalogue number!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
