Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of strontianite from this classic locality!!! This specimen hosts a showy spray of translucent, pale green strontianite crystals perched on a matrix of calcite and fluorite!!! The strontianite crystals are lustrous and have marked translucence, however their most interesting feature is that they exhibit a pale, light green color!!! This is old time material that came out of the University of Delaware Mineral Museum and retains its original label as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
