A rare example of "doverite" synchysite from the type locality in New Jersey!!! This specimen consists of a very rich mass of intergrown synchysite
crystals!!! The crystals have a slightly pearlescent reddish brown color and have lustrous faces to over 1cm!!! This is a magnificent example of
this rare species from the type locality!!! This specimen retains its Rutgers Geology Museum label as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
