Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific, old time example of native tellurium from Colorado!!! This hosts a very rich amount of brilliantly metallic native tellurium in association with a small amount of quartz!!! The majority of the specimen is comprised of tellurium!!! While it may appear to just be massive tellurium, the tellurium is most certainly crystalline with concentric, etched crystal faces visible all over the specimen!!! The pics simply don't do it justice!!! This is a tremendous example of native tellurium!!! This specimen is from the Colorado Suite of the Jenkins Collection and retains its original label!!!
