Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this rare species from Canada!!! While the great majority of thorite specimens from this locality are poorly formed, earthy masses - this specimen is very well formed with sharply defined faces!!! This specimen came out of an old collection and retains an old affixed catalogue number as well!!! The specimen has good reddish color and there is some diopside in association as well!!! Simply a fantastic example of the species!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
