Topaz with Feldspar Inclusions Delimi River, Jos Plateau, Plateau State, Nigeria 3.62cm x 1.72cm x 1.52cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of topaz from Nigeria!!! This specimen consists of a single gemmy crystal of very faint blue topaz that hosts unusual feldspar crystal inclusions!!! The topaz crystal has gemmy clarity, glassy faces and numerous complexities and etching around the base - in fact, much of what might appear to be damage in the pics is actually just complexity!!! There are two prominent inclustions - one is an orangey colored, complexly twinned feldspar crystal and the other is a yellowish, complexly twinned feldspar crystal right next to it!!!
