Description/Interesting Notes:
A fantastic, old time example of torbernite from North Carolina!!! This specimen consists of a broad plate of matrix that hosts a rich showing of
scaley, pearlescent green crystals of torbernite while the reverse hosts a coverage of hyalite opal that is partially included with torbernite!!! The torbernite crystals
are actually well defined upon close examination and are much more significant and colorful than the pictures show!!! The hyalite opal side is highly fluorescent as well - you can see in the picture that it
fluoresces brightly even in full lighting!!! A fantastic torbernite from the Lawson Mine!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
