A rare locality example of tourmaline from Kenya!!! This specimen consists of a gemmy, single crystal of tourmaline with a unique rose-pink color!!!
The crystal has glassy luster and gem clarity throughout!!! The crystal has a complex termination and almost appears to be a pair of conjoined crystals!!!
In person, the specimen has a somewhat unique color that is quite attractive indeed - a rosey pink with just a hint of salmon perhaps!!! The
crystal has lively play of light and flash within!!! This specimen came from a suite of fine and unique thumbnails that came from Irv Brown and was simply labelled as
being from Kenya!!! A very unusual and handsome tourmaline indeed!!!
