A rare, old time example of tourmaline from New Jersey!!! This specimen consists of a single, complex schorl tourmaline crystal!!! The crystal
is doubly terminated with the bottom termination being either highly complex or contacted and the opposite termination showing a very sharp termination for this locality!!!
Specimens from this locality are almost nonexistent, having been recovered from a "lost" locality in the early 1900's!!! This is a magnificent
example for the locality!!! This specimen retains an old Hugh Ford label, as well as its original Wintringham collection label!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
