Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this sought after gem species from Maine!!! This specimen consists of a single, lively gem crystal of tourmaline!!! This crystal has the characteristic minty blue-green color that make these classic beauties so distinctive and it also has some pink color near the base as well!!! This crystal has brilliant glassy luster, gem clarity, and gorgeous color!!! The termination is also quite characteristic, featuring complex faces and very steep angles!!! This crystal was acquired in a small collection of gem tourmaline crystals from the Wintringham collection!!! I am told that Wintringham collected these crystals along with Frank Perham!!!
