Description/Interesting Notes: An old time example of tremolite from this rare New York City locale!!! This specimen consists of a compact mass of intergrown crystals of white tremolite!!! The crystals show marked luster and characteristic striated features!!! Specimens of any kind from New York City are quite scarce and highly sought after!!!
