Description/Interesting Notes: A gorgeous example of this rare and colorful species from Greenland!!! This specimen consists of a mass of choice, intense cherry red tugtupite!!! The tugtupite has marked translucence, and absolutely choice color!!! This specimen, of course, is highly fluorescent and tenebrescent!!! With exposure to direct sunlight, or UV - the color becomes among the most intense I've seen in the species!!! This specimen retains its original Schlicter Collection label with notation about the McMillan collection!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
