Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely superb example of tunellite from California!!! This speicmen consists of a large, single crystal of tunellite!!! The crystal is highly lustrous, razor sharp, and complete!!! The crystal has marked gemminess and is quite lively in person!!! Rarely do I leave specimens mounted, however this specimen has a nice metal label and I decided to leave it as is, mounted in its original acrylic display box (this is a larger size box, measuring 6.7cm x 6.7cm)!!! This is a truly exceptional example of the species!!! Not only is it quite large, it is of exceptional quality as well - sharp, glassy, gemmy, complete, and pristine!!!
