Description/Interesting Notes:
A fantastic example of crystalline turquoise from Virginia!!! This specimen hosts numerous, discrete crystals of turquoise on a white quartz
matrix!!! Usually, examples of crystalline turquoise are seen as balls of intergrown crystals or intergrown crusts of crystals, however this specimen
hosts numerous, very well formed, discrete crystals of turquoise!!! Upon close inspection,
the turquoise crystals are razor-sharp, glassy, and gemmy!!! This specimen hosts significant showings of crystalline turquoise on the front and back!!!
This specimen is from the University of Delaware Mineralogical Museum!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED SATURDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 5-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY MARCH 15th!!!
