Description/Interesting Notes: A rich example of rare copper selenides from Canada!!! This specimen consists of a large, significant mass of darkly colored, slightly violet iridescent umangite with scattered masses and grains of silvery tyrrellite included within and colorful coatings of blue to blue-green chalcomenite in addition to some green malachite!!! This specimen is quite rich and, upon close inspection there are some interesting crystalline features and some possible unidentified species as well!!! There is a lot more going on with this specimen than the pics show!!! Rare, old time material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
