Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of uraninite from Maine!!! This specimen consists of a sharp single crystal of uraninite!!! The crystal has sharp faces, jet-black color, and marked luster!!! The crystal exhibits a complexly modified cubo-octahedral habit with one side showing compressed features and concentric stepped features!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
