Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of vanadinite and calcite from Mexico!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of complex calcite crystals that host numerous sharp, lustrous, hexagonal crystals of orange-brown vanadinite!!! The calcite crystals have curious, well defined yet slightly rounded terminations and host vanadinite crystals both on their faces and included within them!!! The vanadinite crystals are sharp, lustrous, and have lighter colored terminations!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
