Description/Interesting Notes:
An old time example of arsenatian vanadinite (also known as endlichite) from New Mexico!!! This specimen hosts a broad face
covered with sharp, uniquely colored crystals of arsenatian vanadinite!!! The crystals have razor-sharp faces and
bright, glassy luster, and marked clarity!!! The
crystals have a unique color that ranges from a slightly greenish gray to grayish to near colorless!!! Upon close examination, one can see that there
are a number of crystals that are relatively colorless and are reflecting the color of an unidentified grayish material underneath!!! This specimen is
in fantastic condition and displays quite handsomely in person!!! This specimen is from the A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum and retains an
old museum label and affixed catalogue number!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED MONDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 3-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY JUNE 23rd!!!
