Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of willemite from Franklin!!! This specimen hosts a sharp, 3cm crystal of willemite on a matrix of calcite and willemite matrix!!! The willemite crystal has sharp, lustrous faces and intense reddish-orange color!!! The crystal has sharp hexagonal form and has marked translucence throughout!!! The willemite fluoresces an intense yellow-green and the calcite fluoresces an intense red-orange under SW UV!!! This specimen retains an antique, hand scripted label as well!!!
