This specimen hosts several intergrown crystals of blue willemite in association with a small amount of matrix!!! The willemite crystals have highly complex, modified habits with glassy luster and marked translucence!!! This specimen is a VERY rare sample indeed!!! This specimen is confirmed and retains a catalogued container and corresponding personal collection label of Howard Belsky!!! Blue, crystalline willemite from Greenland!!! The willemite is intensely fluorescent under SW UV and fluoresces even in full lighting!!! The crystal also continues to phosphoresce after UV exposure in dramatic fashion!!! Rare material!!!
