Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of wulfenite with descloizite from this classic locality!!! This specimen consists of a showy combination of intense orange wulfenite crystals in intimate association with unique, intense red descloizite crystals!!! The wulfenite crystals are gemmy, razor sharp, and brilliantly lustrous!!! Given their intense red color, one might mistake the descloizite crystals for another species - however make no mistake these are descloizite crystals!!! Upon close examination one can see well defined individual descloizite crystals as well as complex balls of intergrown crystals!!! In addition, one can also see that the descloizite and wulfenite crystals are suspended on a matrix comprised of thin, intergrown sheets of fluorite crystals!!! A classic Tiger beauty!!!
